The Big 5 Construct Saudi 2025, held from February 15-18th at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center located at ROSHN Front. The exhibition marks a significant event as the first two-week construction exhibition in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The event’s extended format offers an unparalleled opportunity to explore a range of innovations and specialized solutions shaping the built environment. The expansion aligned with the Kingdom's construction boom, driven by Vision 2030 and a $1.7 trillion pipeline of mega and giga-projects.[?]
In its first week, Big 5 Construct Saudi hosted the 5th edition of the International Contracting Conference, organized by the Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA), the kingdom's construction sector regulator, and dmg events, a leading international events company, bringing together senior government officials, industry leaders and experts to discuss the future of construction in the Kingdom.
Attendees could engage with industry professionals, discover the latest technologies supporting Saudi Vision 2030, and benefit from insightful content sessions. Leading industry players such as Masdar, Carrier Corporation, DeWalt, and many others participated in the event.

Industry leaders engaged in discussions on sustainability and ESG implementation in Saudi Arabia. The conference program included over 100 Big 5 Talks sessions, where more than 150 industry experts presented their insights. The discussions covered innovation, green building, and modern construction practices. Visitors could also explore sustainable construction solutions along the designated Eco-Trail.

We’ve already taken part in the Construction Technology ConFex 2024 in KSA last year, and we made a step forward in the market of this country with the opening of the FirstBit branch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Sergey Tyrtsev, the Head of FirstBit branch shared his insights:
I consider our participation in Big5 Construct Saudi important in anticipation of the opening of the office in Saudi Arabia. This allowed us to introduce market participants, government agencies and potential employees to our products and to show a real commitment to serious work by FirstBit in the KSA market. As a result, we managed to get more leads than at the similar exhibition in Dubai.
